Delivery Policy

LOCAL DELIVERY 

After receiving your order, processing takes 1 business day (for orders placed after 1pm KSA are processed the next business day and orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following business day).

Once it is processed, our courier will handle your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Local orders will be picked up and delivered the following day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

After receiving your order, processing takes 5 business day (for orders placed after 1pm KSA are processed the next business day and orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following business day).

Once it is processed, our courier DHL will handle your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number. International orders will be picked up and delivered the following day.

The BeautyZone currently ships to Kuwait & the GCC. Want us to ship to you but we currently don’t? Contact us [info@the-beautyzone.com] and let us know!

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns, as products once opened cannot be returned! 

If the wrong address entered please contact us immediately on info@-thebeautyzone.com so we can resolve your issue before it is shipped. Please include the following:

           Subject: “SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTION”
           Your name, customer number, order number, and new address.
